Pickup details
Tour operator will pick up all customers from their respective locations; or, customers can make their own way to the start point- Travelers CANNOT choose a custom pickup or meeting location.
- Our transfer has a fixed location for pick-up in the Hanoi Old Quarter Area only. If your current hotel location is not in our pick-up area so here are my options: 1. Please choose a new hotel location in the Old Quarter Area 2. If not possible, please catch a taxi from your location to our pick-up point at Ha Noi Opera House at 8:30 AM Kindly let me know your decision when you have the time.

- Cruise itinerary and schedule are subject to change due to weather, tide levels and operating conditions without prior notice. Swimming or kayaking excursions may be cancelled due to poor weather.
- Surchages: Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve require a US$60/adult and US$30/child (6 to 12 years) surcharge for any bookings on the nights of December 24 and 31.
