Our is a private service so if for not our fault you miss the appointment it will not be possible to ask for a refund, we schedule our appointment the day before for each driver and for this reason the best is call our driver if you see that you are late as soon as you can, it will be the best way, if possible, to find a solution or option or just a suggestion for have a solution on your missed service.
