No redemption point. This is a direct entry ticket • Once you have made a booking via Viator, you need to contact the Traditional Punting Company on 01223 782306 to schedule a specfic departure time. Please note avaliability can be limited so do make contact in advance. • On the day of your departure, please check-in at least 10 minutes before departure time, to ensure that you and your party get on the boat in time for your scheduled tour. Please be aware that a late arrival will result in a missed or shortened tour. • When checking-in please go to the Traditional Punting Company Landing Stage at La Mimosa, Cambridge, CB5 8AQ. Once you have checked your party in, you will then be shown to your boat. • If you are lost or uncertain where this check-in desk is, please call our office number on 01223 782306.Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellable up to 24 hours before the travel date (local supplier time) for a full refund. A 100% cancellation penalty applies for cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the start time.- For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
