About the Activity
A tradition from the Edo period! This is a plan where you can experience the Japanese soba making experience, from actually experiencing it to tasting it. In addition, after experiencing making soba noodles, you can enjoy Hokkaido-only sika deer meat shabu-shabu and tempura until the soba noodles are boiled. Shabu-shabu is a very popular food in Japan. A popular item along with Japanese sushi and tempura! Also, tempura is the king of Japanese food that everyone knows! Enjoy the soba you made yourself along with these two items. You will go through the entire soba experience from making soba to cutting soba and tasting.
Furthermore, enjoy seasonal tempura and Hokkaido deer meat shabu-shabu!
Even first-timers can feel at ease as the soba craftsmen will provide full support.
The soba I made myself is much more delicious than any soba I've ever eaten.
Flow of soba making experience
① Mix buckwheat flour
②Stretch the soba noodles
③Cut the soba noodles
④ Enjoy tempura and shabu-shabu made by Japanese chefs along with soba noodles
The actual soba making experience will take approximately 30 minutes. After that there will be a tasting and all the time required.
It will all be over in about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Even small children can easily and happily make soba noodles.
*About inquiries: Our shop operates as a handmade soba restaurant during lunch hours, so we may not be able to respond to inquiries on the same day.
Also, if you are late for the start time of the experience, you may cause inconvenience to other customers at other start times. If you are unable to arrive by the start time, your reservation will be treated as a cancellation without prior notice.
