About the Activity
Learn about the wine world of the surroundings of Bologna and Imola. Learn about the history of a family business, visit the winery, and toast right away with a glass of wine. Follow the expert sommelier and discover the vineyard. Listen to the history of the cultivation and processing of grapes during the 2 km stroll. The nature walk ends with a visit to the renowned winery. Taste 7 glasses of wine with rich samples of local production, such as salami, sausage, and bacon grilled, cheeses, two extra virgin olive oils, fruit preserves, and typical Piadina. During the tasting you will match the wine to food delicacies. The tasting will take place on the panoramic terrace during the warmest months or in front of the fireplace during winter. To conclude, a transfer will take you to Dozza where you will be able to walk among the murals of the ancient medieval village.
