The service will begin 10 minutes before the chosen time, from the address or hotel indicated in the reservation. The driver will greet you, take care of your luggage and accompany you to the vehicle. He will take you in total comfort and safety to the address located in the center of Florence or to Florence Airport (FLR) Peretola, where he will greet you.
The driver will arrive on the agreed date and time, looking for you to meet you and communicating his arrival also by phone. Please note that the driver will wait a maximum of 20 minutes. After 30 minutes, if you have not shown up, the driver will be free, considering the service as performed. If you wish to continue using the transfer service, you will need to make a new reservation and pay again through our reservation system.
