- Booster Seats: For state law, Children under the age of 6 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel.
- Health Requirements: Guests with disabilities must provide advance notice. Wheelchair-accessible buses are not guaranteed without prior approval.

Cancellation Policy during promotions In the event of a temporary cancellation within 3 days prior to departure: -If the first two guests in a room proceed with the tour as scheduled, but the third or fourth guest (entitled to participate for free) cancels or is a no-show on the day of departure, a penalty will be imposed. -The penalty will be 50% of the original price for two persons sharing one room, per each guest who cancels.
