Discounted tour rates apply to the 3rd and 4th guests sharing the same room. Admission fees, service fees, and other mandatory costs apply to all travelers at full price.
For groups over 4 people or those needing multiple room types, separate bookings are required. Please send all confirmation numbers after booking.
Tickets and Admission Policy: Third-party attraction tickets or city passes are not accepted for participation in the tour. All admission tickets must be purchased either during booking or directly from your tour guide on the day of the tour.
For a comfortable and enjoyable experience, we recommend bringing comfortable shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, a sun hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, cash, and drinks for hydration.
Children under 6 may require a booster seat by law. Most tours operate with coach buses where booster seats are not required. In the event of a temporary cancellation within 3 days prior to departure: -If the first two guests in a room proceed with the tour as scheduled, but the third or fourth guest (entitled to participate for free) cancels or is a no-show on the day of departure, a penalty will be imposed. -The penalty will be 50% of the original price for two persons sharing one room, per each guest who cancels. - Please ensure to notify us of any changes in your booking to avoid penalties.
