Tour operator will pick up all customers from their respective locations- Travelers can choose a custom pickup or meeting location.
- We will pick up travellers at their Hotel Lobby. For travellers pick up away from Miri City Centre (more than 6km radius), there will be an additional surcharge on pick-ups radius not more than 15KM from City Area
- Travelers will be picked up 15 minutes before departure time
