If you will be late, please notify us in advance. No notification or late arrival may be treated as a cancellation with fees applied.

Depending on booking status, the tour may be conducted in Japanese only. Thank you for your understanding.
Meeting and dismissal times may vary depending on the season and field conditions. Please inquire for details.
The tour proceeds rain or shine but may be canceled if the field is deemed unsafe.
Because this is a nature-focused tour, weather may affect the experience and we cannot guarantee what you will see each day. We appreciate your understanding. If weather conditions are unfavorable, we may offer rescheduling depending on your convenience.

Participation under the influence of alcohol is not allowed.
SUP is for ages 12 and up. Children aged 6 to 11 should choose canoeing.

Tour operator will pick up all customers from their respective locations; or, customers can make their own way to the start point- Travelers CANNOT choose a custom pickup or meeting location.
- Free shuttle service is available within the Uehara area. Hotels outside the Uehara area (such as Jungle Hotel Painumaya, Eco Village, Latida Iriomote, etc.) are not covered by our shuttle service. Guests staying at these hotels are kindly asked to use buses or taxis to reach Uehara Port. The meeting place and time will be communicated directly to you by the shop on the day before the tour.
