If you will be late, please contact us in advance. No notification or late arrival may be treated as a cancellation with applicable fees.
Tour details will be sent to the phone number or email address you provided by the day before the tour. Please ensure your contact can be reached within Japan and that you can check messages.

Depending on booking conditions, the tour may be conducted in Japanese only. Thank you for your understanding.
Meeting and dismissal times may vary depending on the season and field conditions. We will contact you the day before with meeting details. If no message is received by the evening, please call 0980-85-7240 (Iriomote Island ADVENTURE PiPi).
The tour proceeds rain or shine but may be canceled if the field is unsafe.
Please arrive dressed in clothes you don’t mind getting wet.
Use the restroom before arriving as there may be no nearby facilities.
Participation under the influence of alcohol is not allowed.
For your safety, all participants are required to wear life jackets throughout the tour. Removing life jackets during the tour is prohibited.
Age requirement: 6 to 59 years old.
SUP is limited to participants aged 12 and older. If you have children aged 6 to 11, please select canoeing for them.View Location

Tour operator will pick up all customers from their respective locations; or, customers can make their own way to the start point- Travelers CANNOT choose a custom pickup or meeting location.
- Free shuttle service is provided within the Uehara area. Hotels outside the Uehara area (such as Jungle Hotel Painumaya, Eco Village, Latida Iriomote, etc.) are not covered by the shuttle service. Guests staying at these hotels are kindly asked to use buses or taxis to reach Uehara Port. The meeting place and time will be communicated directly to you by the shop on the day before the tour.
