Pickup details
Tour operator will pick up all customers from their respective locations; or, customers can make their own way to the start point- Travelers CANNOT choose a custom pickup or meeting location.
- ・We will pick up and drop off at the Uehara area free of charge. Hotels outside of Uehara area (Jungle Hotel Painumaya, Eco Village Latida Iriomote, etc.) are not included in the pick-up service. If you are staying at such hotels, please take a bus or cab to Uehara Port. ・The store will inform you of the meeting place and time directly the day before the tour.

- Suplier may cancel the activity due to too few participants.
- Cancel at least 1 day before activity starts in Asia/Tokyo time to receive 100% refund.
