If you will be late, please be sure to contact us in advance. If you do not contact us or arrive late, your booking may be treated as a cancellation, and a cancellation fee will apply.
We will send you the meeting place and time by phone or email the day before the tour. Please provide a contact number within Japan that can be reached and keep it accessible.

Depending on availability on the tour day, guidance may be given only in Japanese. Please understand in advance.
Meeting and finishing times may vary depending on the season and field conditions. The shop will contact you with details the day before the tour. If you have not received contact by the evening before the tour, please call us at 0980-85-7240 (Iriomote Island ADVENTURE PiPi).
The tour will proceed in rain; however, if the field is deemed unsafe, the tour may be canceled.
Please come dressed in clothes you don’t mind getting wet.
Please use the restroom before joining the tour (there are no restrooms nearby).
Participation under the influence of alcohol is not allowed.
Age limits: SUP: 12 to 59 years old, Canoe: 3 to 65 years old.
For SUP, participants must be 12 years or older. If you have children aged 3 to 11, please choose canoeing.
The minimum number of participants for this plan is two. If this number is not met, the tour will be canceled free of charge (notification will be given the day before the tour).View Location

Tour operator will pick up all customers from their respective locations; or, customers can make their own way to the start point- Travelers CANNOT choose a custom pickup or meeting location.
- Free pick-up and drop-off service is available for the Uehara area only. Hotels outside the Uehara area (such as Jungle Hotel Painumaya, Eco Village, Latida Iriomote, etc.) are not covered by the shuttle service. If you are staying at one of these hotels, please use a bus or taxi to get to Uehara Port. The meeting place and time will be directly communicated to you by the shop the day before the tour.
