Many rare animals exist in the Yaeyama Islands, including the Yaeyama Hime Firefly.
They gradually become active at dusk, and by the time it gets dark, countless Yaeyama Hime fireflies dance in the forest glowing.The scene is like natural illumination.
The Yaeyama Hime Firefly is famous as the smallest firefly in Japan, but its light is gentle but powerful and has attracted many people.
