Tour operator will pick up all customers from their respective locations- Travelers can choose a custom pickup or meeting location.
- Pickup from the airport your driver will meet you at the Airport Arrivals Paging Board area, holding a sign with your name, and for hotel pickup you will receive a WhatsApp message when the driver arrives at the hotel lobby. The driver will also inform the hotel reception.

- Drivers in Sri Lanka typically work for about 10-12 hours per day. However, it’s good practice to discuss specific needs and expectations with your driver to ensure everyone is on the same page regarding daily schedules and activities.
- Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator before travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
- We use several vehicles with different characteristics to adapt to the needs of each client. All of our vehicles are official private Taxis.
- The assigned driver prepares the vehicle, ensuring it is clean, fueled, and ready for the journey.
- After booking, passengers are required to provide their WhatsApp phone number for communication while abroad and to receive further details
- Once the booking is made, the passenger receives a confirmation via email or WhatsApp with details such as the driver information and vehicle details.
- The driver arrives at the designated pick-up point at your chosen time.
- Your driver will meet you at the Airport Arrivals Paging Board area, holding a sign with your name for pickup.
- You will receive a WhatsApp message when the driver arrives at the hotel lobby. The driver will also notify the hotel reception upon arrival.
- Driver assists the passenger with loading their luggage into the vehicle.
