About the Activity

We are the leading airport transfer service in the Cairns region, having served the area since 1993 and accrued multiple tourism and business awards along the way. We are the only transfer service with manned desks in both T1 international and T2 Domestic Arrivals halls. Exemplar offer regular daily departure times from the airport to Port Douglas, Palm Cove and the Cairns CBD. Our staff are trained to the highest standards with experience in the tourism sector and a deep understanding of the region. Our customer service and safety standards are second to none, and we continue to set the standards in the region for other operators to try and follow.

After check-in you will receive instructions regarding where to meet your driver and coach. .At Cairns International, please meet your driver in the Arrivals hall, after you exit Customs. The meeting point is the Exemplar desk, found opposite the Customs exit.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellable up to 24 hours before the travel date (local supplier time) for a full refund. A 100% cancellation penalty applies for cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the start time.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Suplier may cancel the activity on account of bad weather conditions.
Cancel at least 1 day before activity starts in Australia/Brisbane time to receive 100% refund.
