No redemption point. This is a direct entry ticketCheck in: At the Red Cat Adventures office at 8.20am, for an alternate pick up please advise Reservations on +617 4946 4444 before 5pm the day prior to departure. If you're making your own way, meeting point is at Coral Sea Marina meeting area next to the roundabout at 8.15am. The vessel will depart at 9am sharp so please don't be late. It is advised to bring a rain jacket during summer months (Jan - April) and warmer clothes during winter months (June-September). Please confirm with Red Cat Adventures if you would like to be picked up by our bus Service - +617 4946 4444 Hotel pickups commence prior to this time, you must contact the local service provider to verify your exact pickup time.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellable up to 24 hours before the travel date (local supplier time) for a full refund. A 100% cancellation penalty applies for cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the start time.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Suplier may cancel the activity on account of bad weather conditions.
Cancel at least 1 day before activity starts in Australia/Brisbane time to receive 100% refund.
