Tickets can be redeemed from location other than the starting pointTickets can be picked up at either Waterfront Gifts & Apparel, 248 Ontario St., or our Ticket office at 1 Brock St. located in downtown Kingston. We recommend that you arrive to pick up your tickets and park your vehicle at least 30 minutes before departure. Boarding time is 20 minutes before departure, and all members of your party must be present at the ship at boarding time. Allow extra travel time: traffic delays often occur on Ontario Hwy 401. No delay, rescheduling, credit or refund is possible for late arrivals. No outside food or drink may be brought onboard, and no pets are permitted onboard.Redemption Locations
