Motor City Musical brings Motown hits from musicians like Diana Ross, Stevie Wonder, and the Jackson 5 to the stage, celebrating the history of a genre that brought new life and rhythm to the American music scene. Head to the GTS Theatre and settle into your seat as the curtain comes up on the cast of the Original Motown Tribute Show in Myrtle Beach – Motor City Musical. Travel back to the swinging ’60s, a time when music broke down social barriers, changed lives, and brought Americans together over a shared love of soulful songs. Learn the story of Berry Gordy, whose Detroit recording studio put some of the last century’s biggest musical names on the global radar.
