Please also do your best to give staff patience and social distance during check-in. Crew will safely make sure that all attendees get on the boat prior to departure time. NOTE: During the months of March, April and November, the weather in San Francisco can be unpredictable and sailings are subject to cancellation or rescheduling. Please bring headphones if you plan on using the audio guide. Audio guides are available in English, Mandarin, French, German, Italian, Korean, Portuguese and Spanish.Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellable up to 24 hours before the travel date (local supplier time) for a full refund. A 100% cancellation penalty applies for cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the start time.- For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
