- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
- Please call the reservation's desk a day or two before your tour to confirm your pickup time and location. Failure to call, however, will NOT result in cancellation of the tour.
- A minimum of 4 guests per booking is required
- As desert temperatures may vary, dressing in layers would be advised
- Closed-toe shoes, a hat and sunscreen are strongly advised
- Each Jeep holds up to 7 guests plus your driver/guide
- Guests must be able to walk at least a mile over sometimes uneven terrain.

No redemption point. This is a direct entry ticketPlease call to reconfirm your tour at least 1 day in advance by calling +1-760-324-5337 between 8:00am and 6:00pm or email resv@red-jeep.com. Failure to reconfirm will NOT result in cancellation of your tour. Present this voucher to the staff at Red Jeep Tours prior to tour departure. Please arrive at the departure point at least 10-15 minutes prior to departure time to allow for check-in and voucher exchange. THINGS TO BRING: Wear closed-toe shoes with good tread (such as tennis shoes or hiking boots). Sandals and shoes with high heels are not recommended. Wear comfortable clothing – we recommend you dress in layers as desert temperatures can change quickly. In the cooler months (November through March), we suggest you bring a light sweater or jacket. Don’t forget your camera or video camera – the photo opportunities are amazing! CHILD POLICY: Children must be at least 8 years of age and be big enough to ride in the Jeep without a child or booster seat.Cancellation & Refunds
