Tickets will be delivered post-booking by email; or, physically delivered to the customer or the customer's hotel1) Please arrive at the meeting point, 10 minutes before the tour starts. 2) We will arrange your entrance fees. if you want to arrange your own entrance fees, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance, before the starting time of the tour; if not, you will be required to pay the full amount of entrance fees. 3) The entrance fees are not included in the tour price. 4) Please don’t forget to bring the amount for the entrance fees in cash on the day of the tour. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellable up to 24 hours before the travel date (local supplier time) for a full refund. A 100% cancellation penalty applies for cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the start time.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Suplier may cancel the activity on account of bad weather conditions.
Suplier may cancel the activity due to too few participants.
Cancel at least 1 day before activity starts in Europe/Athens time to receive 100% refund.
