This tour is the most exclusive expereince of ours! It is held inside the medieval Prison Tower that hosts the most antique barrels of our family. This location is really unique, it still preserves the signs of the prison times and it is situated in the very heart of the picturesque village of Castelvetro di Modena, overlooking the endless hills of Modena. First, you'll be guided into the three floors of the tower (a real production site, not a museum!) to discover the history and the production method of the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. From here, we will guide you to the medieval Prison Tower that hosts the most antique barrels of our family.
