About the Activity
We will be waiting for you in our Historic Boutique, located in the heart of the medieval village of Castelvetro di Modena. The tour starts inside the medieval Prison Tower that dates back to the XVI century and that today hosts the most antique barrels of ours. Here you'll get the unique chance to learn the complex production process of balsamic vinegar directly on the actual production site! The tour continues inside the Boutique with a guided tasting of four qualities of chocolate, some of those winners of prestigious international competitions, served with the four different aged balsamic vinegars of ours. Finally, you will taste one of our most precious products - 60 years of aging. The tasting of the last one is held in the traditional way – on a ceramic spoon. A real multi-sensorial experience! Minimum of 2 participants is requested for the reservation.1 hour
