Heli-Tours will do it's best to reschedule your heli-tour time for a future date where possible. If this is not possible, the Chief will authorize your voucher for refund. • There are no refunds for missed flights, passengers barred from entry due to unsafe conduct or last-minute walk-ins of voucher holders without an advance flight time booking. Always have your flight time pre-booked. • Always arrive on time for you flight. • All flight times are approximate and subject to change due to weather conditions and weight restrictions.Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellable up to 24 hours before the travel date (local supplier time) for a full refund. A 100% cancellation penalty applies for cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the start time.- For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- Suplier may cancel the activity on account of bad weather conditions.
- Cancel at least 1 day before activity starts in America/Toronto time to receive 100% refund.
