About the Activity
Surf lessons are open to all, from the age of 6 for children. These are beginner classes only where the session takes place in the foam where the waves have already broken. Maximum 6 people for maximum pleasure and good progress from the first session. No physical skills are required, you will have materials tailored to your template that are there to help you. Come as you are and I will be happy to slip you!2 hours

This allows me to be closer to the students and move you forward faster.

- discovery of the place, dangers and areas where surfing safely
- theory on currents and wave operation
- body surf warm-up for a first glimpse of the conditions without the board
- theory on the different techniques to start on a wave

- water safety rules to avoid accidents
- discovery of standing gliding in the water
