Tour operator will pick up all customers from their respective locations- Travelers can choose a custom pickup or meeting location.
- We provide complimentary pick-up services for our customers from Batam Centre Ferry Terminal and all hotels within the Batam Centre area. We will provide updated driver details one day prior to your appointment. Our driver will await your arrival at the designated meeting point, either the ferry's terminal arrival gate or your hotel lobby.

In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund • If you will not be arriving at your destination within the specified reconfirmation period, please reconfirm with the local service provider prior to travel, or upon arrival at your destination. Please note that departure times and locations may vary slightly. • A current valid passport is required on the day of travel • Minimum age is 18 years • Not recommended for participants with heart complaints or other serious medical conditions • Your tickets will be held at the BatamFast ferry counter for collection on the day of the tour up to one hour prior to ferry departure time.
