Your experience begins at the Shingle Mill Pub, located on Powell Lake, where passengers check in for their flight. Please arrive at least 40 minutes before departure. The check-in process is straightforward and efficient, with friendly Harbour Air staff on hand to assist with your reservation and any baggage.
After checking in, you can relax in the lounge area or enjoy the lakeside setting until boarding begins—typically about 15 minutes before departure. When it’s time to board, the pilot will guide you to the dock, where you’ll walk to the floatplane. Once all passengers are seated inside the aircraft, the pilot will conduct a brief safety briefing before takeoff.
Harbour Air’s aircraft feature large windows, offering uninterrupted views throughout the approximately 35-minute flight.
