For instance, if you plan to stay in Tekapo on December 31st and have booked a tour starting at 12:45 AM, your booking should indicate January 1st instead of December 31st. To ensure a smooth arrival, kindly follow the instructions below: -Please do not visit the site during the daytime, as it can be challenging to locate. -Use Google Maps only; other mapping applications, such as Apple Maps, may not provide accurate directions. -We will provide you with a weather update 30 minutes before the tour, allowing you to decide if weather conditions are favorable. So kindly check your email, junk or spam messages. If you didn't receive our message, please contact us immediately. -Upon tour confirmation, we will set up a "Chameleon Stargazing" road sign and a red light near our entrance to assist you in finding us. -You don't need to arrive excessively early; being 5 to 7 minutes ahead of schedule is sufficient. Cancellable up to 24 hours before the travel date (local supplier time) for a full refund. A 100% cancellation penalty applies for cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the start time.- For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- Suplier may cancel the activity on account of bad weather conditions.
- Cancel at least 1 day before activity starts in Pacific/Auckland time to receive 100% refund.
