You can tour the entire soy sauce production process, from the selection of raw materials to fermentation, aging, and bottling. A specialized guide will explain the manufacturing process in an easy-to-understand way, allowing you to learn while enjoying the experience. During the tour, you’ll have the opportunity to taste freshly made soy sauce produced at the factory. Example for an 08:00 AM Departure 08:30 – Meet at New Chitose Airport 08:35 – Departure (approximately 15-minute drive) 09:00 – Factory tour with a professional guide (1 hour) 10:15 – Depart from the factory 10:30 – Arrive at New Chitose Airport In the exhibition area, there are displays about the history and culture of soy sauce, where you can learn about its role in Japanese food culture.
