There’s nothing quite like watching the sunrise over the Gulf of Thailand from a Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP). Glide across the calm morning waters, soak in the peaceful vibes, and learn some basic paddling techniques along the way.
Our small-group Sunrise Paddle Experience starts around 6:00 AM and lasts 1.5 hours—the perfect way to begin your day. We’ll provide all SUP equipment and drinking water—just bring your swimsuit, towel, hat, and sunscreen. No need to worry about taking photos—we’ll capture the moments for you and share them after the tour!
We keep our groups small to make sure everyone has a fun, safe, and relaxed experience. Suitable for adults and teenagers (15+).

Pickup details
Tour operator will pick up all customers from their respective locations; or, customers can make their own way to the start point- Travelers can choose a custom pickup or meeting location.
- Complimentary hotel pick-up and drop-off are available for guests staying in Chaweng, Bophut, Bangrak, Choeng Mon, and Plai Laem. Your pick-up time will be confirmed closer to your scheduled paddle. If you're staying outside of these areas, you'll need to arrange your own transport to meet us at the beach. We'll provide the exact meeting location in advance.
