About the Activity
Discover the heart of Wales by scrambling up a lush green, temperate rainforest. One of Wales' hidden gems, an activity that always inspires people to come back wanting more. Expect a number of challenges along the way as you work your way in and out of pools, over/ under boulders and up/ down waterfalls. This is a fantastic activity for families and adult groups alike and a perfect introduction to the sport of canyoning. If you are after more jumps, slides, abseils, we'd recommend you look at our Extreme Canyoning option, which is a bit more adrenaline focused. We're proud to work in all the gorges and canyons in Snowdonia and this is the best gorge scrambling experience in the area. Gorge Scrambling/ Walking, otherwise known as Ghyll Scrambling or Canyoning in other areas, involves scrambling up a watercourse full of waterfalls, pools, boulders and rocky walls.
The minimum age for this activity is 8 years old and this is enjoyed by families and adult groups alike.
