About the Activity
In a small and friendly group, partake in a sensational visit of 2 wineries of Archanes area. Visit first a new and dynamic boutique winery. Visit the facilities, from production area to bottling area, cellars with the winemakers explainign about wine process and technics. This will be followed by a wine tasting with a sample of 5 wines representing some of the most interesting local grapes varietals. Move then to a multi awarded winery for another 5 wine sample tasting. Before lunch, in the restaurant, discover about extra virgin olive oil tasting and other traditional products like honey, marmelades, vinegars,... Discover traditional Cretan cooking with a mezze bar visit for a real Cretan lunch. Prepare for several plates of cold and warm mezzes to be brought to your table to share.
