Welcome to Tropical Far North Queensland! We love what we do and are happy to share local tips about the surroundings, recommend places to go & things to see, just ask our friendly driver. - Airport pickups: We monitor your flights LIVE - If your plane is delayed or arrives early, we will be there! - Meeting point: We will meet you inside the terminal at the baggage carousel. - We will be displaying a sign with your name and flight number. We can help with luggage before escorting you to the private pickup area. - Hotel Pickups: We will arrive 5 minutes before departure. Please be ready to go, we run a strict schedule. - NO eating food or drinking allowed. Bottled water only.

The City is a short 15 minute drive from the Airport. You'll get to see our beautifully manicured CBD which is referred to as a 'City in a Garden'. AIRPORT ARRIVALS: - All booking times MUST reflect your flights, scheduled time of arrival. (E.g. If your flight is arriving at 07:00am, you MUST book for 07:00am) - Please ensure to correctly specify your drop off location, flight number, arrival time & terminal (T1 International OR T2 Domestic), mobile contact number and FULL name in your booking details. These details are mandatory. - We will meet & greet you at the arrivals gate/baggage carousel, displaying a sign with your surname & flight number. Please ensure you greet your driver before collecting your luggage so we know you have arrived. - Domestic Arrivals: Driver will arrive, 10 minutes after landing. - International Arrivals: Drivers will arrive, 30 minutes after landing due to security screening process. - Strictly NO eating, drinking, smoking or vaping allowed. HOTEL PICKUPS: - Please ensure to enter your pickup location correctly, including the Name of the hotel. City centre only. - Please ensure you have allowed enough time to the airport, check-in and security. We are not responsible if you miss your flight due to poor timing. - Strictly NO eating, drinking, smoking or vaping allowed.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellable up to 24 hours before the travel date (local supplier time) for a full refund. A 100% cancellation penalty applies for cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the start time.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Cancel at least 1 day before activity starts in Australia/Brisbane time to receive 100% refund.
