About the Activity
The walk is easy to moderate and aimed at those who would prefer to jump on the bus home after stopping for lunch making it accessible and active without being to physically enduring! An 8km (5 mile) guided walk which includes some of the finest scenery and views in Sussex - your guide will take you to places only known to locals, passing through sea, cliffs, rivers, forest, agricultural settings and downland hills all in the space of 3.5 hours with chill out time to eat and relax before we head back to Seaford. Please wear appropriate clothes including footwear which are suitable for walking!3 hours 30 minutes

We will stop for 45 minutes for drinks and lunch (not included) at the Saltmarsh Farmhouse Cafe. Walkers will also have the opportunity to buy souvenirs and to learn about the surrounding areas at the centre.
A short walk from the Visitors Centre reveals superb views of the meandering Cuckmere River. We will take a short (but steep) walk to Friston Forest for those who want to.
