Pick-up • Driver Arrives at Pick-up Location: The driver drives to the specified pick-up location at the agreed-upon time. • Customer Verification (if needed): The driver may verify the customer’s identity or booking details. • Customer Boards the Vehicle: The customer gets into the vehicle, and the journey begins. 4. Journey in Transit • En Route to Destination: The driver navigates towards the destination using the best possible route, following traffic rules and considering real-time traffic updates, if necessary. • Communication with Customer: The driver may update the customer about delays or alternate routes, and the customer can also communicate any preferences during the ride. 5. Arrival at Destination • Approaching Drop-off Location: The driver ensures they are headed towards the correct drop-off point, often confirming with the customer if needed. • Fare Payment: Depending on the service, the customer may pay via cash, card, or a mobile app. 6. Post-Drop-off • Receipt/Invoice Issued: If required, the customer receives a receipt or invoice for the ride.
