Explore the countryside surrounding Kampot and Kep on a guided tour 7-8 hours. Learn about salt-production with a guided visit to a factory. -Next, visit Phnom Chhngok, a wonderful cave temple with 203 steps to its entrance. Inside the cave's main chamber stands a remarkable 7th-century (Funan-era) brick temple, dedicated to Shiva. Visit Brateak Krola Lake, an artificial lake constructed in the time of the Khmer Rouge. Enjoy a guided tour of a pepper plantation. Enjoy some tastings of the pepper produced onsite as you learn about the production process.
