During the hands-on cooking experience, you'll also learn the health benefits and information on the salmon fisheries in the area. - Salmon Cakes - Delicious pan-seared salmon cakes served with a duo of sauces.
- Pan Seared Salmon - Marinated and then seared in a skillet. Served with rice and a "perfect" salad! Just the way locals dine.
