Tickets can be redeemed from location other than the starting point• No refunds or exchanges for lost or stolen vouchers. • Minimum age is 21 years. Valid physical photo ID is required. • Please arrive between 6:00 - 7:00 pm and meet at VIP check-in station inside the lobby beside the T-Rex to receive your tour wristband and further instructions. • Planetarium passes are assigned upon arrival. • The private bar is located on the 3rd floor of the building. • California Academy of Sciences: EU24 Redemption LocationsCancellation & Refunds
