This experience also includes a tasting of 3 different types of sake or 3 different types of dashi. The chef, who is also a sake sommelier, will explain the sake or dashi. Enjoy the rare sake and dashi available only here paired with delicious sushi! Sushi made with fresh seafood from the cold sea of Hokkaido, and a cup of sake that warms your body will be an unforgettable memory of your visit to Hakodate. Take home the skills and techniques you have learned, along with the sushi chef's cap. After returning home, please entertain your family and friends with your hand-made sushi. We can also provide premium ingredients if you prefer.
