You can experience sushi-making using freshly caught seafood in the seaside town Hakodate. After making your own sushi, taste three kinds of dashi (Japanese soup stock) and create your own miso soup using the one you like best! As a souvenir, you will receive a special sushi chef's hat to wear during the experience!
