Guest should provide the Reference # located in the Viator voucher. Please provide the following information: Service Date, Hotel, Airline, Flight Number and Flight Time for arrival & departure, and mobile number. Meet & Greet by RST Representative at the baggage claim area for domestic flights. Upon arrival a Travel Itinerary will be provided and it will include the departure transfer information. Changes required at least 48 hours in advanced. Contact RST Reservations Dept. Office hours: Monday to Saturday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Closed on Sundays.
