Ticket Redemption
Tickets can be redeemed at thE starting pointPlan to check-in 20-30 minutes prior to departure time at our ticket booth located at 202 William Street (at the end of William Street). During the check-in process, you will receive boarding passes. These passes are required for admittance on to the vessel. Boarding will begin 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. For your security, at check-in you are required to present a valid photo identification that matches the name on the reservation. Please note that parking availability around the Historic Key West Bight is VERY limited, and therefore finding a parking spot may take longer than expected. The boat will leave promptly at the scheduled departure time. Please plan accordingly! Cancellable up to 24 hours before the travel date (local supplier time) for a full refund. A 100% cancellation penalty applies for cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the start time.- For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
