Once you arrive, contact us at the number on the ticket so we know you did. We monitored the flight to find out when it arrived. We will wait for you to contact us until 1 hour after the arrival of the flight. If you do not contact us, it will be considered a no-show. Please note that you may be approached by people trying to sell you other airport transportation services. Do not engage in conversation with them as they will try to mislead you about our driver not being there or just leaving. Once you have collected your luggage, you can leave directly from the airport and meet your driver, who will be waiting for you at the end of the departure lounge with a sign with your name and company logo. One day prior to your departure date, please contact us at the number on the ticket and confirm your pick-up time, we will schedule your pick-up time so that you can be at the airport 3:00 hours prior to flight departure. We will ask for your room number to complete the driver's pickup order. We will have a driver with your name at the pickup location, 5 to 10 minutes before the confirmed scheduled time.
