Next, we provide an overview of the regional spices that are integral to Nepali cuisine, giving you insight into the flavors that make our dishes unique.
Step 4: Hands-On Cooking Experience
With guidance, you will engage in a hands-on cooking session, where you will learn by doing, gaining practical experience in preparing authentic Nepali dishes.
Step 5: Completion and Farewell
After completing the half-day cooking course, you will receive a Namaste Cooking School Recipe Book as a keepsake and resource for recreating these dishes at home.
