About the Activity
Through this workshop, you will discover the whole history of Alsatian Whisky, as well as the different stages necessary for the development of its exceptional spirits. After the technical part of the distillation in the still room, you will discover the richness of our aging cellar and its 700 barrels. You will also be able to test the accuracy of your palate during an introduction to professional tasting and a blind tasting workshop. You will also taste all our premium whiskies (single cask, small batch, limited editions, etc.) At the end of the activity, you will be offered a tasting glass of whisky1 hour 30 minutes

Located in the foothills of the Hautes Vosges, our family distillery opens its doors to you to pass on more than 60 years of experience.
Through this workshop you will immerse yourself in the exciting world of distillation and the development of our spirits.
If our distillery was initially specialized in Eaux-de-Vie as is traditional in Alsace, we have been involved for almost 15 years in the production of exceptional Whiskies, governed by the IGP Alsatian whisky.
From the selection of its barley, produced in Alsace, to the choice of barrels used for aging, come and discover all the steps that have allowed us to create these sumptuous beverages.
On the program of this workshop, a detailed visit of our distillery but also an exceptional tasting of our cask strengths, an introduction to professional tasting, as well as a blind tasting workshop, which will allow you to discover the single malts from our cellars.
Slip into the shoes of a cellar master and learn to identify the aromatic subtleties of a whisky.
