The Curicancha reserve is one of the best places in the area to observe the local birdlife, where in a 3 hour hike you can observe many species of birds and your list can be 30 to 50 species easily. In addition this area is very rich in vegetation with special adaptations to survive these special conditions such as Las Higeras Estranguladoras which begin their life on top of other trees and after 100 years are already hollow where you can explore the inner part of the tree, are incredible do not miss it.View Location
