No redemption point. This is a direct entry ticketPlease check-in 30 minutes prior to departure. Every member of your party must check-in to sign a waiver and receive a boarding pass. Check-in is at the Sebago Watersport’s office. The office is at our docks located on the Harborwalk in the Historic Key West Seaport. From Elizabeth Street, walk down Lazy Way Lane, past “Yours and Mayan” and the “Fisherman’s Cafe”, we are the next to last shop on the right. Or from the end of William Street, make a left down Lazy Way Lane passing Schooner Wharf Bar. Sebago’s check-in office will be on the left-hand side.Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellable up to 24 hours before the travel date (local supplier time) for a full refund. A 100% cancellation penalty applies for cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the start time.- For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
