Hola! I’m Jordi Botella, your local Valencian chef — awarded in 2005! New here, but with 400+ workshops for top companies. Born and raised in Valencia, I’ll guide you through the most immersive Market, Sangria, Tapas & Paella experience. Skip the crowds and enjoy it all in a small, cozy group — just like a local. Winner of 2nd prize at the “Falla del Mercat de Russafa” Paella Contest, I'm trained at Aiala, Michelin-starred chef school (Arguiñano) and with 8 years in real kitchens and 6 teaching paella to 3,000+ guests.
