When we reach the seashore, ready to surf, we analyze the conditions and establish a point on the water where we will be. Then, we talk about how to stay safe and the right way to move with the board at sea. Let’s move on to theory: we’ll learn to lie down, paddle and climb the board. We practice this on the sand, pretending to catch a wave. Before entering the water, we do a series of stretches and warm-ups to prepare the body. In the water! We focus on making the experience easy and fun, finding the right place and the perfect time to catch the wave. Finally, we review the lesson with feedback to improve in the next session.
